Terms of Service

You are responsible for your account and usage. Keep your credentials secure, comply with applicable laws, and do not use the Services for abuse, malware, or illegal activity.
AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate. You must review, validate, and assume responsibility for any output, code, or decisions produced by an AI agent.
Connected workflow data is customer-controlled. Tenant admins and workspace admins manage Slack routes, Composio connections, approved destinations, memory grants, and deletion actions through the logged-in console.
Billing and paid tiers. We currently support Pro and Team paid tiers. Plan features may include different monthly credit grants, billing behavior, and enterprise support options. Billing is processed by Stripe.
Service may change over time. We may update features, limits, or pricing and will update these Terms when required. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI agent platform and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Zero Computer Company ("z0.ai," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You must promptly notify us of unauthorized account access.

3. Service Description

The Services provide a hosted control plane for Slack-first AI agents, including tenants, workspaces, primary workspace agents, Codex and Claude Code runtimes, Slack routing, Composio integrations, approved outbound destinations, target-local memory, usage credits, approvals, audit records, and run artifacts.

Customer workflow data is processed to provide requested product functionality. Customers manage connected integrations and deletion actions through the logged-in console.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Distribute malware, phishing content, or exploit code
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
  • Abuse, disrupt, or degrade the Services or infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer or circumvent security controls

5. AI-Specific Terms

  • AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate and should be independently reviewed.
  • You are solely responsible for decisions, actions, and results based on AI output.
  • Third-party model providers, including providers used by Codex and Claude Code, apply their own terms and data policies.

6. Plans, Billing, and Payments

6.1 Service Tiers

We may offer multiple paid plans such as Pro, Team, and Enterprise. Pro corresponds to the internal starter plan code and Team corresponds to the internal growth plan code. Plan features and limits are defined in-product and may include included monthly credits, usage metering, support, and deployment options.

6.2 Stripe Payment Processing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, Inc. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to process your payment method and billing details under Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

6.3 Renewals, Changes, and Refunds

  • Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
  • We may change plan prices or limits with advance notice where required by law.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party infrastructure and tools, including hosting providers, Slack, Composio, model providers, memory providers, outbound destinations you approve, and payment processors. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Services, including software, branding, and related intellectual property. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Services.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, posed a security risk, or used the Services in a way that could harm users, infrastructure, or third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, z0.ai and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
