Careers / GTM Engineering

Build the GTM engine behind a real product.

z0.ai is finding and reaching the regulated mid-market teams who need a safe place to use AI. We need an intern who treats outbound as a systems problem — pipelines, enrichment, sequencing, attribution — and builds the tooling that lets the GTM motion scale without breaking.

GTM surface

Outbound as engineering.

Every part of the GTM motion at z0.ai is built, measured, and iterated like a product. The intern owns the tooling and pipelines that make that possible.

01

Lead enrichment pipelines

Build and maintain automated pipelines that source, enrich, and score leads from multiple data providers.

02

Outbound sequence automation

Design multi-step outbound sequences with personalized messaging, A/B testing, and automated follow-ups.

03

CRM pipeline management

Keep CRM data clean and actionable. Build integrations that sync deal stages, activity logs, and attribution data.

04

Analytics and dashboards

Create reporting surfaces that show pipeline velocity, conversion rates, channel attribution, and campaign performance.

05

Workflow automation

Connect tools across the GTM stack so manual handoffs become reliable automated flows.

06

Data quality and ops

Build deduplication, validation, and monitoring to keep GTM data trustworthy as volume grows.

Open role

GTM Engineer Intern

Responsibilities

  • Build automated lead enrichment and scoring pipelines that feed the sales process.
  • Design and iterate on outbound sequences with measurable conversion targets.
  • Maintain CRM integrations and keep pipeline data accurate and current.
  • Build dashboards and reports that make GTM performance visible to the team.
  • Write internal tools and scripts that reduce manual work across the GTM workflow.
  • Document systems and handoffs so the GTM stack is understandable by the whole team.

You might be a fit if

  • You think about GTM as a systems problem, not a creative writing exercise.
  • You are comfortable scripting in Python or TypeScript and working with APIs.
  • You have used or are eager to learn tools like Clay, HubSpot, n8n, or similar platforms.
  • You are data-driven. You measure what works and cut what does not.
  • You move fast and are comfortable with ambiguity at an early-stage company.
  • You care about the quality of what you build, even when it is internal tooling.

Make outbound
a measurable system.

Send a short note with a system you have built — even a small one — and what you'd want to automate first at a 5-person company.
